Okay, does Melody's ocarina from Pokemon exist in a playable, but accurate form? One of my friends said it did, but I dunno. He says alot of things. He wants one too, though, so he might have been telling the truth. Yeah, I'm a poke-dork, if you haven't guessed. The best thing is is most of my friends are Narutards, so they can't bash me for my Poke-dorkism.

I think there are ocarinas with a knob thing on the side that changes the pitch, but it's not for changing notes mid-song. That's what Melody's looks like it does. Maybe Panch can make on in a while as an experiment. I recall Panch saying that he'll make the various replica ocarinas like this, including the one from pokemon.

Of all the ocarinas I have seen, I have only seen one with a revolving wheel like that one, and it was supposed to adjust the tuning just like a cork or a peg.
When all all fingers are down and the sub holes are uncovered, the ocarina seems to plays the Re that is the second-lowest note on a Do3 hole ocarina. Closing the sub holes allow for the lower Do and Si which are needed to play Lugia's Song. These lowest notes do not require too much change in breath pressure to play in-tune and have a clean, even sound like the rest of the notes.
