You can obtain as many triumph emblems as time will allow since you can keep doing random heroics and since through the random system you can do the same heroic multiple times in a day but with frost emblems, the max you can get in a week at the time of writing is 55 and that's if your guild clears ALL the bosses in ICC on both 10 man and 25 man.
